The role
The Product Data & Channel Operations Manager owns the end-to-end product information and channel syndication process across all digital sales channels.
The role ensures complete, accurateand market-specific product data flows seamlessly from the PIM (Akeneo) trough ChannelEngine to all marketplaces and retail platform. By establishing a scalable product data foundation, the role enables marketplace optimization, content enrichment, international expansion, and omnichannel growth.
What will you do?
Own the end-to-end product data governance process across all digital sales channels.
Ensure the product attributes you work complete accurate and maintained troughout the product lifecycle.
Define data-quality standards, validation rules and governance procedures
Identify and resolve data quality issues that impact channel performance and conversion
Channel & Marketplace Operations
Own Channel Engine and related syndication tools.
Manage feed, category and attribute mappings.
Resolve validation errors and ensure successful publication across all platforms.
Product Compliance
Ensure all mandatory product safety and compliance information is complete and accurate across all live marketplace listings including GPSR requirements warnings, energy labels and regulatory attributes.
PIM & Systems Coordination
Define and prioritise business requirements for product information management; act as the commercial counterpart to IT onAkeneo PIM.
Define commercial and data requirements for integrations between PIM, ERP, Channel Engine and marketplace platforms.
Ensure consistent and accurate product information across all connected systems.
Content & Commercial Enablement
Enable scalable deployment of enhanced content, A+ Content and localized product information.
Drive content optimization for both human and AI-driven discovery (e.g. Amazon Rufus / generative search) to maximize conversion.
Coordinate multilingual attribute management and content localization across key markets (NL, EN, DE, FR, ES, IT).
Support Category Management, marketing and E-Commerce teams by providing accurate and up-to-date product information.
Continuous Improvement
Develop scalable processes for onboarding new products and sales channels.
Monitor evolving marketplace requirements and proactively adapt data structures.
Establish and monitor KPIs for data quality completeness, compliance and channel readiness
The team
You will be part of the European Sales team at Dimplex Consumer Products, where e‑commerce and digital channels play an increasingly important role in our growth strategy. You report to the Head of Sales EU - eCommerce & Retail and work closely with local country organizations and Group stakeholders.
Who are we looking for? Qualifications — Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information & Data Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Information Management (PIM), e-Commerce operations, marketplace management or product-data management or related commercial roles.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills; high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability and automation.
- Ability to translate commercial needs into data and system requirements.
- Project management and continuous-improvement capabilities.
- Multilingual affinity (NL / EN minimum; DE / FR / ES / IT a plus).
