Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Work closely with the People Department to create clear and engaging internal communications regarding company updates, initiatives, and organizational changes.
Manage and maintain the company’s intranet and internal communication platforms to ensure they remain valuable resources for team members.
Create engaging content for various communication channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
Collaborate with internal teams, graphic designers, and digital marketing specialists to develop high-quality communication materials.
Monitor and analyze communication performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other external communications.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in public relations and marketing communications.
Assist with crisis communication and reputation management in collaboration with the Marketing Assistant Manager.
Prepare reports on communication activities and their impact on business objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum MBO / EPI Diploma or HAVO Diploma
3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations (internships and part-time experience are considered)
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
Skills: Strong social media knowledge, excellent writing and editing skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, a creative mindset, a proactive and flexible approach, advanced computer skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
