About the role
As HR Generalist at Vivolta, you ensure the continuity and further professionalization of our HR department as we scale. You are the go-to person for everything people-related: making sure HR processes run smoothly and that every employee experiences a professional, welcoming environment, from their first day to their last. You work closely with our department managers and report directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role in a company where things move fast and your impact is visible.
What you will do
– Lead end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, training, contract administration, and offboarding.
– Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support a positive and inclusive workplace.
– Manage end-to-end payroll processing, pension administration, leave/absence administration, and HR record-keeping.
– Be the go-to contact for employee queries and HR matters.
– Manage end-to-end recruitment administration: screening applications, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining the hiring plan.
– Assist in the development and roll-out of HR projects and initiatives (e.g. Great Place to Work, knowledge management system, team events).
– Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and internal HR policies.
– Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for management and the CEO.

– Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
– Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
– Proactive, service-oriented mindset, you act with urgency and follow through.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
– Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where you help build the processes yourself.
– A collaborative team player who is equally capable of working independently and taking ownership.
