Job Description
20-hours position to be filled very quickly from August 28th for 6 months and ready to do more in the future (possibility of fix-term contract)
Main responsibilities :
· Provide exceptional customer service and enhance the customer experience to maximize sales, loyalty, and brand recognition.
· Actively contribute to the store's performance by achieving objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Take part in all aspects of store management: visual merchandising, inventory management, CRM, clienteling.
· Ensure the opening, closing, and running of the store in the absence of the store manager, including the secure handling of cash operations.
· Always act as an ambassador for Baobab Collection.Profil recherchéProfile sought :
You speak Dutch fluently (excellent articulation) and proficiency in English is essential.
You are familiar with luxury codes and have a perfect presentation.
· Experience in a similar position, ideally in the luxury, home fragrance, or decor sectors (other backgrounds considered).
· A true passion for home fragrances, decor, and the art of living.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
· Understanding of sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), with proven ability in cross-selling and up-selling.
· Reliability, flexibility, and team spirit.
