Are you a skilled expert in the world of IT, have an interest in and know the basics of security and are ready for new fun challenges? We are now looking for a Business Unit, Security Business Partner (BU SBP) to support multiple business units in Netherlands.
The BU SBP is a leadership position that is a direct report to the Vice President of Security for Scandinavia and Northwest and Central-East Europe. The role will focus on all aspects of corporate security, from cyber and information security disciplines. The BU SBP is the primary security point of contact to support the business unit in executing CGI security requirements within Netherlands, responsible for the overall security posture of the business units and supporting and responding to client security related matters.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Unit Security Business Partner (BU SBP) manages the implementation of internal corporate policies, procedures, and standards within the Business Unit (BU) and your duties include:
- Assessing and mitigating BU security risks;
- Where applicable, maintaining compliance to ISO 27001 certification and ensuring its alignment to the corporate Enterprise Security Management Framework (ESMF)
- Ensuring that CGI security policies & standards are applied to internal and shared (multi-client) systems;
- Approving & managing security exception requests;
- Implementing security education, training and awareness programs and security communication;
- Developing, implementing and testing Business Continuity plans, including Crisis Management plans;
- Functions as an extended member of the Global Security team to provide guidance and advice to SBU management and members with regard to the CGI security program (scope covers Information Security/Cybersecurity, Privacy, Physical, BCP, IP protection, Insider Threat & member protection)
- Oversee the management of security incidents (including client incidents as needed); escalation to management, risk based incident management;
- Ensuring proper physical security in offices
- Reporting on Security Metrics
- SBU security posture / dashboard: risk level, policy compliance report, incident reports
- Review proposals/renewals for security risk and CGI Security Baseline compliance, and provide recommendations (i.e., security integration into BEMF )
- Support strategic collaborative opportunities with the business security practices and delivery center
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, we are looking for you who have a minimum of 5 - 7 years in a role where you have worked with security in some form.
You make things happen and are used to leading change work. You Should be comfortable with and experience in working with technology and security in particular. You are fluent in the Dutch and English language.
Skills expected:
- Excellent analytical, oral/written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively collaborate and manage relationships with global partners and varying levels of management;
- Mindset and experience working in stressful situations to advice organizations and individuals in crisis or incidents;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and utilize sound judgment;
- Deep knowledge in IT and particularly IT-operations
