Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Consultant to join our team.
You will work with Collabtitude clients in industries including healthcare, government, and enterprise IT, delivering high-impact consulting services.
This role is based in the Netherlands (hybrid). You must be located in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into Atlassian Cloud solutions (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Assets, Jira Product Discovery, Rovo).
- Design and implement advanced automation, scripting, and integrations using REST APIs, Groovy, JavaScript, JQL, AQL, and Smart Values.
- Lead and execute migration projects (Server/Data Center to Cloud), including strategy, planning, testing, and cutover.
- Advise clients on governance, best practices, and process optimization.
- Provide consultancy workshops and stakeholder guidance, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
Required Skills & Experience
- Valid Atlassian certification required (at least one: ACP-Cloud, ITSM, or Agile).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Atlassian Cloud experience, of which at least 2 years in a client-facing consulting role (not purely internal admin).
- Strong expertise in JQL, AQL, Smart Values, Groovy, and JavaScript.
- Proven track record with automation, integrations, and Cloud migrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
- Language requirement: Dutch (B1 level minimum) and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a consulting environment.
Nice to Have
- Python scripting.
- ITIL 4 certification.
