As a Senior Mechatronics Engineer, you will take technical ownership of one or more highly complex subsystems, guiding their development from concept and design through industrialization and volume production.
You will work closely with System Architects, System Engineers, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical excellence while balancing performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
What will you do?
-
Translate high-level system requirements into subsystem concepts, functional architectures, and engineering specifications;
-
take technical ownership of the development and realization of critical high-precision modules and subsystems;
-
drive design decisions related to motion systems, sensing technologies, actuators, control strategies, and system integration;
-
lead technical trade-offs between performance, reliability, manufacturability, scalability, and cost;
-
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mechanics, electronics, software, controls, and system engineering;
-
define and maintain the technology roadmap for your subsystem, ensuring alignment with future product and customer requirements;
-
guide and coach engineers within project teams through design reviews, simulations, testing activities, and technical problem-solving;
-
support validation, integration, industrialization, and successful release of new designs into production;
-
ensure that technical risks are identified early and effectively mitigated throughout the development process.
