We are currently looking for Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist, the details Job responsibilities as below:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the corporate website using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Typo3).
Execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility on Google and other European search engines.
Monitor website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to track traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
2.Social Media & Digital Content:
Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (text, visuals, reels, and short videos) for core European channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate) and adjust content strategies based on real-time data insights
Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the local sales and PR teams to support product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
Ensure all digital content strictly adheres to the brand's tone of voice and corporate guidelines.
Content & Brand Management
Support the development of locally relevant marketing content while ensuring consistency with overall brand guidelines.
Maintain a structured content library for website, social media, campaigns, and digital assets.
Proofread and review marketing materials to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.
Collaborate with Product, PR, Sales, Dealer/Network, and other teams to collect information and turn business priorities into customer-facing content.
Reporting & Optimization
Track key digital KPIs, including website traffic, engagement, conversion, social reach, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in website management and social media operations.
Proficient in CMS (WordPress preferred), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and Google Analytics. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Strong copywriting abilities, and basic proficiency in visual design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush).
Fluent in English is a must. German or other European language proficiency is a significant advantage.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced international environment.
