Esthétique Café is a boutique pastry & coffee spot in the heart of Amsterdam, known for its elegant French-inspired atmosphere, artisanal pastries, and specialty coffee.
We are looking for a warm, reliable, detail-oriented Cook to join our young and ambitious team.
Responsibilities
Prepare breakfast and brunch dishes according to our recipes and standards
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation
Organize mise en place and maintain a clean, efficient workstation
Work closely with the pastry and bar team during service
Monitor product freshness, stock levels, and kitchen hygiene
Follow food safety and HACCP standards
Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and menu improvements
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a café, brunch restaurant, or hospitality kitchen
Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service
Attention to aesthetics and plating details
Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
Responsibility, cleanliness, and punctuality
Passion for food, hospitality, and quality products
