The Job
For our branch M-Cube NL, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our organization. The selected candidate will be based in our Trieste office and will report directly to the Sales Manager.
The role will be part of a highly international environment that is constantly growing and evolving, offering the opportunity to develop professional skills on a broad scale.
Main Activities:
- Support in managing the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Identification and qualification of new business opportunities
- Management of inbound and outbound sales activities
- Preparation of commercial offers and proposals
- Follow-up with prospects and clients to ensure engagement and conversion
- Collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth processes
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems
- Participation in sales reporting and performance monitoring
Requirements
Hard skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent
- Previous experience of at least 1–2 years in a similar role (Inside Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, or Accounting)
- Good knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus
- Basic knowledge of administrative and accounting processes
