Facility technician

Wat ga je doen?
Dagelijks beheer en onderhoud
Uitvoeren van bedieningswerkzaamheden aan assets en BMI-systemen bij gepland onderhoud en storingen
Direct oplossen van acute meldingen en storingen, registreren in Corrigo binnen KPI's
Analyseren van complexe storingen en specificeren van materialen en vervolgacties
Begeleiden en afnemen van onderhoudswerk door subcontractors
Administratie en systemen
Uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud en terugkoppelen van bevindingen via Maximo
Beheren en onderhouden van het gebouwbeheersysteem (GBS)
Actueel houden van werkordergegevens in Corrigo (status, uren, materialen, comments)
Aanleveren van assetinformatie aan Project & Consultancy
Verbetering en veiligheid
Signaleren van technische verbeteringen en knelpunten
Bewaken van naleving van procedures, wet- en regelgeving (waaronder werkvergunningen)
Zero harm mindset en correct opvolgen van PTW-procedures
Wat breng je mee?Ervaring met gebouwgebonden installaties en gebouwbeheersystemen
Kennis van Corrigo en Maximo is een pré
VCA-gecertificeerd of bereid dit te behalen
Flexibele instelling om collega's te ondersteunen
