Trainee Maintenance Technician – JM Career Development Program

Your role in our team
- You combine your work at WITRON with an internal training program as a Trainee Maintenance Technician
- As soon as the program starts, you begin working immediately and apply what you learn directly in practice
- You are supported by a practical supervisor on the work floor
- You are involved in maintaining advanced systems and resolving technical faults at installations at our customer’s site
- As a Trainee Maintenance Technician, you will work with the most advanced mechanical systems
- You learn to independently carry out inspections on machinery according to applicable protocols
- You learn how to validate data, analyze faults, and implement adjustments and modifications
- Both independently and as part of a team, you learn to resolve both major and minor disruptions
- After successfully completing the program with certification, there are opportunities to further develop yourself within WITRON, for example in the electrical field
Requirements
- You have at least MBO level 2
- You have at least 1 year of experience working as an Operator at CDC JUMBO
- You have demonstrable affinity with technology
- You are motivated to further develop yourself in a technical and service-oriented environment
- You have analytical skills and think in solutions rather than problems
- You consider safety very important and are not afraid of heights
- You hold a driver’s license and have your own transportation

- During the interview with the Maintenance Manager, questions will be asked about your motivation and expectations. You will also have the opportunity to ask your own questions
- WITRON will provide feedback within two weeks on whether or not you qualify for the career development program
