In this role as an operator, you'll work with fresh products, earn €15.82 per hour, and have the opportunity to advance within the company. You work in a 2-shift duty with friendly colleagues and receive clear allowances for irregular hours. About the function
As an operator, you ensure that tubs of hummus and other fresh products are packed carefully and neatly. You're responsible for the entire line; from starting up and checking the machines to solving minor malfunctions. Together with your colleagues, you keep the process running smoothly, taking turns, helping each other, and celebrating successes together. In this role, you work from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift duty: the morning shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and the afternoon shift from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. It can be quite physically demanding because you're on your feet all day and sometimes the pace is high, but you get a good salary and nice shift allowances in return.
What we offer
- A gross salary of €16.50 per hour (CAO Convenience Food)
- An ADV allowance of €1.01 per hour worked
- Shift allowances: 133% after 6:00 PM, 135% after midnight
- 140% allowance when working more than 40 hours per week
