You own everything between strategy and execution. You translate what the company wants to achieve into plans that work. Quality, customer satisfaction and reliability of services is what makes you tick. Although you are target-oriented and result-driven, you are also able to push back. You will lead operations, make decisions under time pressure and report directly to the Board. You know what it means to work in a regulated environment where compliance and speed both matter. Preferably within the financial sector or the crypto space.
