As Team Lead International Servicing, you will lead a diverse team while managing relationships of national and international clients who have outsourced their accounts receivable management to TKB’s Servicing Department. You will play a key role in the further development of our organization as a member of the Servicing Management Team.
About the role
As Team Lead International Servicing, you will be responsible for the daily management of an international team consisting of colleagues with different backgrounds, cultures, and levels of experience. You know how to motivate people, bring out the best in your team, and ensure that both individual and team objectives are achieved.
In addition to leading your team, you will manage a portfolio of national and international clients. You will ensure the highest level of service, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate data into actionable insights. As part of the Servicing Management Team, you will contribute to the department's strategy and act as the key link between your team and the wider TKB management organization.
What will you do?
- Coach, support, and develop an international team.
- Create a positive, engaged, and high-performing work environment.
- Define, monitor, and improve both individual and team KPIs.
- Coordinate daily operations, including workforce planning, holidays, and absence management.
- Manage a portfolio of national and international clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
- Analyze team and portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve processes and share knowledge.
- Contribute to the department's strategy as a member of the Servicing Management Team.
- Act as the bridge between your team and TKB's management, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and collaboration.

Who are we looking for?
- You have experience coaching or managing a team.
- You enjoy working in an international environment; an international background is considered a plus.
- You are open-minded and culturally aware.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch and additional languages are a plus.
- You possess strong analytical and numerical skills.
- You have a bachelor's or master's level of thinking and working.
- You are proactive, take ownership, and work independently.
- You are an excellent communicator, stress-resistant, and adaptable.
- You are solution-oriented and know how to guide people through change.
