TELL ME MORE
As our Head of Marketing & eCommerce, you'll be responsible for driving demand, increasing direct revenue and maximizing the performance of Zoku's marketing and digital channels.
You'll lead Zoku's marketing, eCommerce, website performance, CRM, communications and design efforts, with a strong focus on guest acquisition, conversion, direct booking growth and brand consistency. As part of the Commercial team, you'll manage a team of 4 FTEs across eCommerce, social media & content, content production and communications, while coordinating external freelancers and agencies.
This is a role for someone who thinks commercially, acts analytically, and knows how to move projects forward in a lean environment. You'll connect the dots between marketing, sales, revenue, brand, design, communications and digital performance: making sure our channels don't just look good, but work hard. You'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, while guiding the people and partners who help bring Zoku's diverse marketing and eCommerce plans to life.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as Head of Marketing & eCommerce… but here's a glimpse of what you can expect:
Lead Marketing & eCommerce Strategy: You'll shape and drive Zoku's marketing and eCommerce strategy, making sure it supports our commercial goals and long-term brand growth.
-
Grow Direct Revenue: You'll focus on increasing direct bookings and improving digital channel performance across Zoku's portfolio.
-
Optimize Website & Booking Performance: You'll own website and booking engine performance, including conversion optimization, user experience improvements and booking journey enhancements.
-
Set the AI Ways of Working: You'll decide how this team uses AI: which tools, for which tasks, with which guardrails on brand, quality, privacy and rights. You'll expect it of everyone, measure the time it gives back, and make sure it raises the output rather than flattening it.
-
Oversee Brand Communications: You'll guide Zoku's communications efforts across owned, earned and internal channels, making sure our messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with our brand.
-
Guide Creative Output: You'll oversee content priorities and creative deliverables, ensuring campaigns, digital assets and brand materials are visually consistent and commercially effective.
-
Connect Commercial Priorities: You'll work closely with Commercial, Revenue, Sales, Brand and Operations teams to align campaigns, priorities and performance goals.
-
Manage Agencies & Partners: You'll lead external agency and partner relationships across areas such as SEO, paid media, digital acquisition, PR, design support and website performance.
-
Own Budgets & Resources: You'll manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively and make sure investments are linked to measurable results.
-
Lead & Develop the Team: You'll guide, support and develop a team of 4 FTEs across marketing, eCommerce, social, content production and communications, helping them grow while keeping projects moving in the right direction.
