- MBO/HBO-level education, hands-on and practical
- 1–3 years of experience in an export or freight forwarding/logistics role
- Solid understanding of export documents and Incoterms
- Familiarity with trade compliance, licensing, and screening processes
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, structured work approach, and self-motivated
- A team-oriented mindset with a clear sense of accountability

WWT Netherlands, has a very exciting Global Logistics Specialist opportunity available. You will play a vital role within WWT's EMEA Trade Compliance team. Your main responsibility is to support and ensure compliant outbound shipments through export screening, classification, licensing requirements, and documentation. You will help manage trade compliance risks while enabling smooth international logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform Restricted Party Screening and monitor shipments to sanctioned countries
- Classify goods using HS codes and ECCNs, and assess licensing requirements
- Prepare and submit accurate export documentation
- Research export requirements for complex destination countries
- Maintain and document export procedures and SOPs by country/customer
- Support process improvements and compliance documentation efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Legal) and external partners (freight forwarders, brokers)
