What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Prep & Line Cook: Set up stations with all necessary supplies, prep ingredients, and cook menu items to TEDDY'S high standards.
Plating & Presentation: Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen looks beautiful and is cooked perfectly.
Speed & Quality: Manage your time efficiently to keep ticket times low during peak rush hours without sacrificing quality.
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation. Follow all food health and safety regulations.
Teamwork: Communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly with both front-of-house and back-of-house teammates.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or kitchen team member is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude!
Discipline: Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and basic knife skills.
Certifications: Food Handler’s card (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
