MAMAWATA is looking for a strong operational Head Chef for our upcoming Caribbean beach bar on Curaçao.
We’re building a kitchen focused on:
- Caribbean & Krioyo fusion
- Smoke, grill & seafood
- Strong mise-en-place systems
- High-volume service with consistent quality
What you’ll do:
- Lead the kitchen team daily
- Run service actively from the line
- Guard quality, speed and structure
- Control food cost, waste and portioning
- Manage ordering, suppliers and BOH schedules
- Maintain HACCP and kitchen standards
- Develop recipes and specials
