Are you a commercially driven professional who knows how to open doors and keep them open? TriGlobal is looking for a Senior Sales & Account Management Representative to take ownership of our Spanish and Latin American markets, combining strategic new business development with hands-on partner retention and growth.
This is not a standard sales role. Beyond the day-to-day work of building and managing a partner portfolio, there is real scope here to shape the direction of these markets. If you can identify where TriGlobal has room to grow and then drive that growth forward you will have the platform and the backing to do it. The right person will influence not just their own numbers, but how we approach an entire region.
You will be expected to independently identify opportunities, proactively reach out to prospective moving companies, onboard new partners, and build lasting relationships that drive long-term revenue. At the same time, you'll be the primary point of contact for existing partners across Spain and Latin America keeping them engaged, successful, and growing with us.
You will report to both the Sales Manager and the Partner Desk Manager, giving you visibility across the commercial and operational sides of the business from day one.
