As a Work Planner, you are the one who ensures everything is on point, from the first assignment to the final delivery. You work on projects within the underground infrastructure of cables and pipelines for electricity, gas, and water. No day is the same, and you thrive on that dynamism.
You are the spider in the web: you seamlessly coordinate between clients, project managers, field operators, and specialists, ensuring every project runs smoothly.
What will you do?

Assess and schedule new assignments

Maintain contact with clients, customers, and related institutions

Process and prepare tasks in IT systems (DSP, 4PS, GMF)

Draft Health & Safety and quality plans and perform time and risk analyses

Arrange permits, traffic measures, and project documentation

Order materials and compile work packages

Support project managers with reports on production, hours, and equipment

Coordinate subcontractors and monitor quality and progress
