Job Description
As an IT Support Officer, you are the central point of contact for everything related to internal IT. You help colleagues quickly and effectively with their questions, but you also look beyond: how can we work smarter, more efficiently, and future-proof?
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing workstations, devices, and the Microsoft 365 environment;
- Handling and resolving support tickets (±60% of your time);
- Identifying recurring issues and implementing structural improvements;
- Contributing to IT projects, such as the rollout of Intune;
- Maintaining and improving internal IT infrastructure and servers;
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding processes;
- Collaborating with other IT teams and contributing to optimizations.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a medior IT Support professional who works independently but can also collaborate easily with colleagues.
You have:
- Mbo/hbo level of thinking and working (vocational or applied higher education), with a degree in Computer Science or a related IT field;
- Experience in IT support or a similar role;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, workplaces, and office IT;
- Experience with tools such as Jira (or similar);
- Knowledge of Windows/MacOS and networking environments.
