What to Expect
As a Vehicle Acquisition Execution Manager, you will help grow Tesla’s EMEA Used Car intake. You will be overseeing all maturing vehicles from partners and making decisions based on strategic and financial analyses, as well as securing a tight operational execution. You will collaborate with internal and external Tesla teams to service the portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic analyses, operational KPIs, efficiency and project management.
The right person for this job is organized, analytical, detailed-oriented, problem-solving and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will work cross-functionally between Intake, Pricing, Operations, Financial Services, HQ and local Used Car teams. This position is located in our Amsterdam HQ office.
What You'll Do-
Provide insights by building pipeline overviews of maturing vehicles per market
- Analyze market trends, auction data, and depreciation patterns to forecast future intake
- Acquire vehicles based on profitability analyses and coordinate operational aftersales execution, including invoice reconciliation
- Control and steer incoming volumes, in alignment with local teams
- Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders

Proven ability to work well independently and with others under tight deadlines, with strong organizational ability
- Ability to connect purchases to broader business strategy and P&L impact
- Strong in stakeholder management, and the ability to build alliances and foster trust with a broad range of stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong Excel skills are required, including the ability to analyze and derive insights from large and complex data sets
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. German or French is a bonus.
