We are looking for a commercially driven Marketplace & Retail Growth Specialist to support the expansion of our market across Germany, France, Spain and other key European markets.
This role combines marketplace management, commercial coordination and retail partnership development. The focus is on accelerating growth across marketplaces, supporting retail expansion, optimizing product visibility and helping scale our presence in new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Growth & Management
- Manage and optimize marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Otto, Bol, CDiscount and others
- Improve listings, content, rankings and visibility
- Support pricing, promotions and marketplace campaigns
- Monitor sales performance, competitor activity and category trends
- Coordinate product launches and marketplace onboarding
- Work with marketing on ads, visibility and growth initiatives
Retail & Partnership Development
- Support onboarding of new retail and distribution partners
- Identify and approach potential retailers and commercial partners
- Prepare presentations, product proposals and commercial materials
- Coordinate retailer requirements, listings and launch activities
- Support relationship management with key accounts across Europe
- Assist with trade shows, retail meetings and strategic initiatives

- English required
- Dutch or German is a strong plus
