Job Summary
As a Facility Manager this role will require you to work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure timely delivery of all customer orders, efficient management of all inventories, compliance to all relevant safety regulations and regular reporting to management.

Duties:
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual KPI’s.
- End to end management of daily warehouse operations and resources
- Daily management of inventory and stock through standard best practices
- Oversee stock control and order processing.
- Responsible for stocktaking inventory process
- Unloading and loading of incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Run deliveries and general warehouse duties and other Ad Hoc duties as required.
- Delivery vehicle condition and maintenance; visual inspections and service log
- Coordinate all vehicle and equipment maintenance with external technical specialists.
- Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
- Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems relating to stock and assets.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment
- Mechanically inclined
- Intermediate Computer skills required (emails, Microsoft word, excel, Outlook, TEAMS, calendar management)
- Experience with power tools required (drills, saw, etc)
- Hazardous Program facilitator
- Check supplier invoicing for anomalies and raise any issues of scrutiny to the relevant manager.
- Quality control
- Ability to lift 23 kilos in addition to light assembly work.
- Heftruck certified
- English speaking mandatory
- Additional tasks as necessary
