As an Apprentice chef, the kitchen is your domain, you will be introduced to practical Food & Bevarage in the kitchen. You will learn cutting techniques but also preparation and cooking of dishes are part of it. Not only will you cook, you will also ensure that ingredients are washed and cut. You also mix products and make sure the recipe is followed. No pans boiling over or spaghetti sauce hitting the wall with you. Your temperature doesn't rise when the kitchen is busy. You tidy up plates and get them ready to serve, help with provisioning and like to keep the work environment clean for yourself and the team.
