1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
3. Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or related business systems. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business impacts, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
6. Proficiency in SQL and database query tools is required for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation of business requirements.
7. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms is highly preferred.
8. Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data models, and enterprise application architectures. Basic Python scripting skills for data analysis and automation are a plus.
9. Fluent in English and the local market language. Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.
