Coordinate payroll operations with Finance and external vendors, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.
Manage HR systems (HRIS/HRIT), ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and strong adoption of digital HR tools.
Drive operational excellence through process improvements, metrics, reporting, and service‑level management.
Serve as a regional escalation point and collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Legal, IT, and EMEA HR teams on cross‑functional initiatives.
