We're looking for a commercially sharp Online Marketeer to take full ownership of our Dutch and Belgian client portfolio, bridging the gap between complex data and measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
As our Online Marketeer, you act as the Online Store Manager for your clients — owning strategy, execution, and results.

Lead quarterly performance planning sessions aligned with horticultural seasons and client revenue goals

Own the full feed-to-sale pipeline: optimise product feeds in Google Merchant Center to maximise ROAS across thousands of SKUs

Lead the shift from traditional SEO to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) — structured data, brand authority, AI-era search

Perform deep-dive technical SEO audits and translate findings into CMS-level implementation

Build, optimise and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax) for e-commerce sales and physical footfall

Act as strategic partner for clients in NL, BE and UK — translating data into investment-level recommendations
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria:
What You Bring to the Greenhouse

2–3 years in online retail or e-commerce marketing — you understand inventory-driven campaigns

Expert proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Merchant Center, GTM, and Search Console

Working knowledge of schema markup and GEO-readiness for AI-search landscapes

Commercial mindset: ROAS-obsessed, comfortable being held to specific growth targets

Fluent Dutch (hard requirement) — based in the Netherlands (not a remote/international role)

Confident communicator — able to explain complex ROI to business owners and board-level stakeholders
