Meat & Greek is a Greek street food restaurant in Amsterdam, serving high-quality gyros, wraps, salads and Mediterranean dishes. We are looking for a motivated, reliable and serious Gyros Grill Cook / Grill Medewerker to join our team.
Responsibilities
Preparing and grilling chicken and pork gyros
Slicing and portioning meat according to our standards
Preparing ingredients and keeping the grill station organized
Maintaining food quality and presentation
Following HACCP and hygiene regulations
Supporting the team during busy takeaway and dine-in services
Requirements
Experience in a grill, gyros, kebab or shawarma station is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills in English
Dutch language is a plus
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented attitude
Valid permit to work in the Netherlands

Flexible contract: 16–32 hours per week
Shift times: 12:00 - 21:00
