Position Summary
We are hiring Warehouse Operations Specialists to support daily warehouse handling operations in our Rotterdam facility.
You will be responsible for cargo handling, container unloading, pallet sorting, scanning, and ensuring smooth flow of e-commerce goods entering and leaving the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in unloading containers (FCL / LCL shipments)
Sort, label, and palletize incoming goods
Perform scanning and warehouse system registration
Prepare outbound shipments for trucking or distribution
Assist with inventory checks and stock accuracy
Follow warehouse SOP and safety procedures
Support warehouse supervisor in daily operations
Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Physically fit and able to handle manual warehouse work
Basic understanding of logistics workflow (inbound/outbound)
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Basic English communication required
Reliability and attention to detail are essential
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce warehousing
Forklift certificate (Reach Truck / Forklift license)
Experience with scanning systems or WMS
Familiarity with container unloading operations
