Location: Preferred living area in the Eindhoven region, Netherlands (Hybrid: Office / Home / Client sites)
Employment Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)

Solution Design, Development & Configuration: The primary focus of your role is to design, develop, and configure robust PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions. Create functional and technical design specifications for small to midsize projects and customize solutions to meet client expectations.
System Integration: Design and develop seamless interfaces between software and hardware solutions within the client’s IT and OT landscape.
Client Engagement: Active collaboration with clients to understand their operational challenges. Assist our sales team with technical advice and estimations for project quotations.
Collaboration & Mentoring: Review results produced by junior team members, share technical insights, and foster a collaborative environment.
Documentation & Training: Create accurate technical documentation and provide training to client staff and support departments.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
VCA Certificate: A valid VCA-vol certificate is a plus. If you do not have it yet, don’t worry — we will facilitate and cover the training for you to acquire your VCA certification.
PLC Programming: Solid knowledge of PLCs, preferably Siemens S7 / TIA Portal.
SCADA/HMI: Strong experience in developing and configuring HMI and SCADA systems, preferably Inductive Automation Ignition.
Databases & Code: Good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) and scripting/programming languages like Python, Java, C#, or VB.NET.
Industrial Networks: Knowledge of communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, PROFINET, OPC UA, etc.).
Professional Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
Excellent communication skills, a positive “can-do” attitude, and an openness to coaching and constructive feedback.
Location Fit: We are looking for someone ideally living in the Eindhoven region, as this best suits our existing customer base in that area.
Travel Scope: Regular travel to customer sites and ATS offices throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, and occasionally western Germany. Travel requirements vary depending on project location and project phase.
Hybrid Flexibility: Work comfortably from home, the office, or client sites.
Environment: Client site visits include diverse industrial environments (where strict safety regulations apply, with conditions varying from clean rooms to dusty or warm setups).
Flexibility: Standard business hours apply, but flexibility is key to accommodate critical project deadlines and on-site schedules.
