The complete store management is in your hands: you accompany the store opening and search for new employees together with us

After the opening your tasks range from store redesigns to staff planning and feedback meetings

Together with your future team, you will be responsible for the further development of the customer journey as well as the achievement of target sales in the store amsterdam

With your congenial manner you manage to develop, coach and motivate the entire team

You report directly to our retail manager and are in close contact with our headquarter in Cologne

have first experience in the leadership of employees
