We're a growing exhibition stand design & build company, and we're looking for a Project Manager to be the nerve centre of our project delivery — the single point of contact between our clients and our build team, managing every project from the first brief to the final handover.
About the role
This is a office-based role at the heart of how we operate. You won't be on site — that's handled by our dedicated on-site team — but you'll be the one who ensures they always have what they need: the right plans, the right information, and zero ambiguity.
You'll be the person clients trust to keep them informed, and the person our design, sales, and build teams turn to for clarity and direction. Every project moves because you move it.
What you'll be responsible for:
Client coordination & communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Understand briefs thoroughly, manage expectations proactively, run regular update calls, and ensure every commitment made to the client is tracked and delivered. You'll translate client requirements into clear, actionable direction for internal teams — with no room for misinterpretation.
End-to-end stand build planning & execution
Own the full project from kickoff to handover — scheduling, documentation, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Keep all moving parts aligned so that every stand is built to spec, within budget, and ready on time. Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and resolve them from your desk.Design & sales team coordination
Work closely with the design team to ensure creative concepts are practical, buildable, and fully aligned with what the client has been promised. Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-project phase to establish realistic scopes and timelines — and flag any gaps or risks early, before they escalate.
Who we're looking for:
✅ 3–6 years of experience in project management within exhibitions, events, interior fit-out, or related fields
✅ Strong client-facing skills — confident, articulate, and proactive in communication
✅ Good understanding of stand construction, materials, and production workflows
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision
✅ Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly organised
✅ Proficient in MS Office / project management tools; AutoCAD familiarity is a plus
