As a designer/specification writer, you play a crucial role in translating global plans and sketches into technically feasible designs. In consultation with the design leader, you work on diverse projects and ensure that designs are clear and achievable. You act as the point of contact for both internal and external design issues and monitor the progress of the process.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the design, drawings, contract documents, the bill of quantities, and the action plan. You work on designs according to the RAW system, UAV 2012, and Bouwteam projects, taking projects from conceptual design to final or implementation design.
The project variety is significant: you are involved in small to medium-sized assignments as well as large tenders. Clients primarily focus on reconstructions and the development of public spaces. Additionally, you coordinate projects in collaboration with assistant designers and work closely with various disciplines within the organization.
