About the Role
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent with a passion for e-commerce and customer service.
In this role, you will work exclusively for one client, supporting their customer service operations and becoming a temporary extension of their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with a client, making your work both personal and impactful.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through various communication channels, including email, live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone. You will also handle processes related to new orders, such as returns, payment issues, and logistical inquiries.

What You'll Do Every Day
- Support customers via email, chat, WhatsApp, social media, and phone.
- Resolve a wide variety of e-commerce and logistics-related issues.
- Ensure returns are processed smoothly and efficiently.
- Contribute ideas on how to make our processes smarter, faster, and more customer-friendly.
- Keep FAQs and macros up to date for our client.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to ensure customers feel fully supported.
- Work weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Who You Are
- You have a passion for customer service and/or hospitality.
- You are available full-time (40 hours per week).
- You have at least 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
- You are comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- You actively contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace where everyone can be themselves.
- You enjoy learning new things and are eager to develop yourself on a weekly basis.
- You are fluent in German and English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus, but not required.
- You are a proactive self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and working independently.
