As Facility Manager, you are ultimately responsible for facility operations across our three Dutch locations:
- Woensdrecht (Hoogerheide) – main location
- Schiphol (Oude Meer)
- Hoofddorp
You operate in a high-risk aviation environment with hangars, workshops and office facilities, where safety and compliance are non-negotiable. You lead the Technical Services team, Facility Coordinators and the reception team in Hoofddorp.
You work closely with Operations, HSEQ and Site Management, translating policy into safe and practical execution on the work floor.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you are responsible for managing and optimizing all facility-related activities, including:
- Maintenance and management of hangars, buildings and grounds
- Management of building-related installations
- Oversight of tooling and equipment within hangars and workshops
- Leading, developing and coaching your teams
- Contractor management and quality control
- Managing the FMIS system (Ultimo) and facility budgets
- Developing and safeguarding facility standards, processes and procedures
- Reporting to the Director HSEQ & Facility Management and site management
You also play a key role in:
- Environmental and energy management (ISO 14001 / 50001)
- Security and access control
- Machine and workplace safety (ISO 45001)
- Continuous improvement and standardization of facility and tooling processes
You ensure that our facilities fully support operations, today and in the future.
