After several years of strong growth, we're entering our next phase of scaling and are looking for a UGC Manager to help us build a world-class creator engine.
The Role
As our UGC Manager, you'll own and grow our network of creators. You'll be the bridge between Samako and our creators, building strong relationships, ensuring smooth execution, and helping turn creative ideas into content that drives growth.
This is a full-time, fully remote role with plenty of ownership and room to make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Source, onboard, and manage UGC creators
- Build strong, long-term creator relationships
- Brief creators on content direction, hooks, and performance insights
- Review content and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure content is delivered on time and at a high standard
- Manage multiple creator partnerships simultaneously
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and growth initiatives
- Identify top-performing creators and develop long-term partnerships
- Help build scalable processes for creator management and content production

What We're Looking For
- Experience with UGC, creators, influencer marketing, or short-form content
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Creative with a performance-driven mindset
- Confident giving feedback and motivating creators to improve
- Able to manage multiple projects and relationships at once
- Fluent in English
- Dutch is a plus
