What to Expect
The EMEA Megapack sales team is seeking a Bid & Tender Specialist to be based out of our Amsterdam headquarters. If you are passionate about winning large-scale battery energy storage projects, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and drive further adoption of our Megapack solution in EMEA.
You will collaborate closely with our sales and engineering teams to develop detailed, innovative, and competitive tender proposals. You will be part of a dedicated, passionate, and mission-driven team.
What You'll Do-
Manage the entire bid and tender process for each project ranging from the supply of Megapacks to full turnkey EPC proposals

Collaborate with the regional sales teams to identify and select bids that align with Tesla’s criteria

Develop and write compelling and innovative bids and proposals

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure bids are competitive and meet client requirements

Proactively engage with key customers to gather and understand bid requirements

3+ years of working experience in a bid or tender related role within the energy industry

Understanding of the battery energy storage or renewables markets, both economically and technically

Strong written and communication skills, ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex documents and processes under tight deadlines

Proven experience to work independently and take full responsibility for the entire tender process

English fluency and proficiency in another European language, such as German, Danish, Arabic, French or Italian

Flexibility to travel periodically (up to 25%)
