You ensure that projects run predictably and controlled in terms of planning, finances, risks, quality, and scope. You are a full-fledged member of the IPM core team and act as a sparring partner for the project management in the area of project control. Additionally, you lead the Project Control team, consisting of several project coordinators, and ensure structure, oversight, and coherence within the project.
You provide a clear overview of risks, monitor quality requirements, and make sure deviations are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Furthermore, you are responsible for setting up and safeguarding processes related to planning, finances, progress reporting, and risk management.
In short: you are the linchpin in managing complex projects and ensure that everything behind the scenes is well-organized so that projects are successfully realized.
