Packsize is seeking an experienced, commercially minded attorney to serve as a Director of Legal and Compliance to support its European operations as part of a globally integrated legal team. This role is focused on providing practical, business-oriented legal support across compliance, commercial contracting, employment, and data privacy matters, while helping to build scalable legal and compliance infrastructure to support continued growth in the region. The role requires a hands-on, responsive professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced business environment, partnering directly with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of complex matters through execution .
What You’ll Do
Draft and negotiate key commercial agreements across operations, IT, manufacturing , finance, and procurement
