Role Overview:
As our Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how current and future associates experience our brands. You'll lead the development and activation of our employer brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), creating compelling campaigns, content and experiences that position MVH Europe, AniCura and Linnaeus as employers of choice for clinical, corporate and leadership talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute employer branding and talent attraction strategies across MVH Europe, aligned to business growth priorities and workforce needs.
Lead the evolution and activation of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across multiple brands, markets and talent segments.
Create engaging employer brand campaigns and content across social media, careers sites, employee advocacy and recruitment marketing channels.
Build strategic partnerships with universities, professional associations, industry bodies and external talent communities.
Support and elevate our presence at industry events, career fairs, conferences and networking activities across Europe.
Use data, market insights and candidate feedback to continuously improve employer branding effectiveness and talent attraction outcomes.

Education & Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business or a related field.
Additional qualifications in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Digital Marketing or related disciplines are advantageous.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
Proven experience in Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition within a complex or multi-country organisation.
Demonstrated success developing and activating EVP, employer brand and talent attraction strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing and employer branding platforms such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, Phenom, Radancy or similar technologies.
Experience creating multi-channel content and campaigns, including social media, video, careers websites and employee advocacy programmes.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies and seniority levels.
Analytical mindset with experience using talent market insights and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimise results.
