Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the lobby lounge
- Lead, support, and motivate the service team
- Ensure exceptional service and attention to detail at all times
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Assist with team briefings, scheduling, and operational organization
- Continuously look for ways to elevate the guest experience

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality or upscale dining
