Together with a group of 66 fellow operators, you form the heart of our production. In a 3-shift system, you work closely with maintenance, warehouse staff, and engineers. It’s a place where no two days are the same and teamwork is key.
As an operator, you work in a close-knit production team and ensure our extrusion and winding lines run smoothly. You set up machines, perform minor repairs, and monitor the quality of the production process. You also assist with machine changeovers and keep the workplace safe and tidy. You will work in a 3-shift system and report to the (assistant) shift leader in a calm, clean, and low-noise environment.

MBO level 2 or higher in a technical field;

Experience as an operator or production worker is a plus;

Affinity with technology and a precise, safety-conscious work style;

Positive team player with a flexible attitude;

Basic knowledge of Dutch or English.

Starting salary between €2,800 and €3,000 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience;

21% shift allowance (full-time position in a 3-shift system: morning/afternoon/night);

Meal allowance of €56.59 net per month;

32 vacation days per year (based on 40 hours);
