Position: Assistant Front Office Manager: Location: Bonaire – Caribbean Netherlands
Buddy Dive Resort is one of the largest resorts on Bonaire. With 73 apartments offering 224 beds, an on-site dive operation, a fleet of seven dive boats, two unique restaurants, two swimming pools, and a car rental company with over 150 vehicles—our resort is a hub of activity and adventure.
We are currently looking for an independent, energetic, and experienced Front Office professional to join our team and help ensure our guests enjoy a seamless, unforgettable holiday experience.
Your Role
As Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll be a key player in the daily operation of our Front Office. You’ll support the Front Office Manager and step into a leadership role in their absence, ensuring all front desk activities are carried out smoothly, professionally, and with a smile.
You’ll work closely with the team to:
· Ensure a warm welcome and excellent service for our guests throughout their stay.
· Coordinate and oversee daily departmental operations.
· Handle guest requests and issues efficiently and effectively.
· Inspect resort rooms prior to arrival to maintain quality standards.
· Support the operations of our on-site Car Rental department.
· Collaborate with key departments including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and Car Rental.
This is a versatile and hands-onrole in a fast-paced environment that requires leadership, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
· You have a completed hospitality degree (Bachelor’s level).
· You bring relevant work experience in the hotel industry.
· You’re flexible, service-minded, and solution-oriented.
· You’re a strong communicator and an effective planner.
· You’re available for 40 hours per week across various shifts
· You speak fluent Dutch and English; Papiamentu and Spanish are a plus.
