As a Software Engineer, you play an important role from the very start of each project. You contribute your expertise in industrial automation and process control, working on technically demanding machines and complete processing lines from initial design through to commissioning.

What will you be doing?
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
- preparing control descriptions based on P&IDs and process flow diagrams;
- programming PLC and HMI applications;
- loading and testing software on machines and complete processing lines before delivery;
- providing technical input on automation and process control during the quotation phase;
- supporting the Service department during the commissioning of machines and projects;
- analysing and resolving software and control-system faults;
- occasionally providing support on site in the Netherlands or abroad;
- working closely with colleagues from Engineering, Assembly and Service throughout each project.
Who are we looking for?
You are accurate, analytical and structured. You enjoy solving technical problems and can work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.
You also have:
- a higher professional education level in electrical engineering, industrial automation, mechatronics or a related discipline, gained through education or relevant experience;
- substantial demonstrable experience in a similar role;
- experience with industrial technologies, including drive technology and pneumatics;
- knowledge of machine-safety standards, particularly at electrical and control-system level;
- a methodical approach and good documentation skills;
- a good command of both Dutch and English;
- strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently;
- the flexibility to travel occasionally.
Experience with industrial refrigeration systems would be an advantage. Experience in creating or modifying electrical schematics using EPLAN would also be beneficial.

Depending on the project, you will work with:
- CODESYS;
- Reliance;
- Hitachi PLCs, including EH-150 and EHV+;
- Exor HMI panels;
- Invertek frequency drives;
- Eaton EASY control modules;
- EPLAN.
You do not need to be experienced with every system. We will help you become familiar with our software, machines and processes.
