Make a difference as Interim Project and Implementation manager S&OP
A strong Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process is essential to align demand and supply across Enza Zaden. As Interim Project and Implementation manager S&OP, you will take ownership of the company-wide S&OP process and strengthen decision-making, governance, and performance management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to drive alignment and create actionable plans. In this role, your work will include:

Leading the monthly and quarterly S&OP cycle, including pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP review meetings;

Connecting and aligning Demand Review and Supply Review processes to support integrated decision-making;

Developing and implementing S&OP metrics, methodologies, and performance targets;

Driving gap analyses, identifying root causes, and coordinating cross-functional action plans to close performance gaps;

Engaging stakeholders across the organization to realize opportunities, execute communication plans, and maintain alignment;

Defining and socializing the future-state vision for Enza Zaden’s S&OP/IBP process and supporting the development of organizational capabilities.

Bachelor / University degree;

Extensive knowledge of and experience with transformations in Supply Chain Strategy/S&OP;

Experienced in project- and change management;

Experience with complex stakeholder management;

Excellent communication skills, proficient in English and Dutch.

A position for 38 hours per week;

A gross monthly salary between €5,103.90 and €7,291.28, based on a full-time workweek of 38 hours and aligned with your knowledge and experience;

25 vacation days, the option to purchase additional vacation days, and one paid vitality day per year, with extra vacation days granted as you get older;

A contribution toward overnight accommodation costs if you live farther away from Enza Zaden. This program applies to employees working for Enza Zaden in the Netherlands whose one-way commute exceeds 100 kilometers and 75 minutes;
