You bring the following: - A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, with a few years of experience in a production or assembly environment - You thrive on tackling complex challenges in a project-based manner - You are communicatively skilled and strong in stakeholder management - You are able to professionally adapt to different types of organizations and, as an employeneur, bring a fresh perspective to daily matters at our clients - You have a few years of work experience in production techniques - You have experience or affinity with LEAN Manufacturing and/or Lean Six Sigma - You find it important to gain sufficient satisfaction from your workday - You are proficient in Dutch and English. Any additional language is a plus
