We are looking for a skilled Indian Chef and Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates must have strong experience in Indian cuisine, excellent knowledge of traditional dishes, spices, and cooking techniques, and the ability to maintain high kitchen standards.
Responsibilities
Indian Chef:
- Prepare authentic Indian dishes with consistency and quality
- Develop menus, specials, and new recipes
- Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and food cost
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Sous Chef:
- Assist the Chef in daily food preparation
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain quality and presentation standards
- Support inventory control and kitchen organization
Requirements
- Proven experience in Indian cuisine (North/South/Regional styles preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, tandoor, curries, gravies, and breads
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, dutch is a plus.
