Wat je gaat doen
Als Sales Medewerker kom jij in een toegewijd en gedisciplineerd team terecht, waar je de Sales Manager ondersteunt. Jij volgt (nieuwe) verhuisaanvragen op en voert daarbij telefonische én online enquêtes uit om de omvang van de verhuizing te bepalen. Ook bespreek je de verhuiskosten met de klant door. Je brengt zakelijke kansen in kaart en geeft relevante leads door aan de juiste afdelingen. Tot slot stel je wekelijkse salesupdates op. Dit doe je volgens de salesstructuur van Schmid Global Relocations. Je leest het al; bij Schmidt is geen dag hetzelfde.
Herken jij jezelf?
Een ambitieuze, gedreven multitasker die goed omgaat met stressvolle situaties en weet hoe hij of zij een (potentiële) klant moet overtuigen; dat is wie jij bent. Jij zet altijd de klant centraal. Daarnaast heb jij:
- Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau;
- Sterke communicatie skills;
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Vanwege de dynamiek van de functie Sales Medewerker, is veelvuldig overleg en snel kunnen schakelen met de rest van het team noodzakelijk.

Sales Representative (40 hours)
Are you the sales rep we are looking for?
Listening to the clients wishes and asking the right questions at the right time? That is who you are in a nutshell. As Sales Representative at Schmidt Global you go the extra mile for our clients, thinking outside the box.
What you are going to do
As a Sales Representative you will be part of our dedicated sales team, where you report directly to your sales director. Follow up on new move requests, conduct phone and virtual surveys to determine household content/volume, cost moves and provide pricing to customer and of course follow up proposals to conclusion. You identify corporate opportunities and pass leads to relevant departments. Provide weekly sales updates and follow sales structure and processes as directed by sales director and finally offer sales and administrational support to the sales director.
Is this you?
An ambitious multitasker who handles stressful situations and knows how to convince clients why to move with Schmidt Global, you put the client first. Furthermore, you have the following skills:
- You have a higher degree in the form of Bachelor (hbo) or higher, or similar through experience;
- Strong communicational skills;
- Sales experience, preferably in the moving/logistical industry;
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.

In the beginning, that is not possible, in later stage, once you know about moving in details, we can discuss the options for working from home partly. Due to the dynamics of the industry, working from our office creates shorter lines with the other departments.
